At Pyrokinesis Technology, "Commissioning" is the process of verifying that every component of your fire safety system—mechanical, electrical, and electronic—is functioning exactly as designed. We follow a strict Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Protocol based on NFPA and IS (Indian Standards).

Our Rigorous Testing & Commissioning Process

1. Hydraulic Pressure Testing

For Hydrant and Sprinkler systems, we ensure the integrity of the network.

• Hydrostatic Test: We subject the piping to high pressure for a sustained period to ensure there are zero leaks or weak points.

• Flow Testing: Verifying that the water pressure at the most remote hydrant meets the designed bar pressure.

2. Fire Alarm & Detection Simulation

We test every single device to ensure the "Brain" of the system is active.

• Smoke/Heat Simulation: Using professional smoke canisters to trigger every detector.

• Interface Testing: We verify that the alarm correctly triggers secondary actions, such as shutting down AHUs (Air Handling Units), dropping fire curtains, or recalling lifts.

3. Gas Suppression Integrity

For FM-200 or Novec 1230 systems, we ensure the room is "Airtight."

• Sequence Test: Verifying the countdown timer and solenoid release without discharging the expensive gas.

• Fan Integrity Testing: Ensuring the room can hold the gas concentration long enough to fully extinguish a fire.

Once testing is complete, we provide a formal transition to your team. We don't just give you a manual; we give you confidence.

• "As-Built" Documentation: You receive the final AutoCAD drawings showing exactly where every pipe and wire is located.

• O&M Manuals: Comprehensive Operating and Maintenance manuals for your facility management team.
